Overview
MX GearFlex SP is a range of high-performance industrial gear oils formulated with premium base oils and a proven sulphur-phosphorus EP additive package. Available in five ISO VG grades (100, 150, 220, 320, 460) to cover the full spectrum of enclosed industrial gear drives — from light-duty gearboxes to heavy-duty mill drives. Provides outstanding thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and extreme pressure protection for long oil life and reduced maintenance.
Usage Guide
Select the correct ISO VG grade based on operating speed and temperature per the gearbox manufacturer's recommendation. ISO VG 220 is the most common grade for general industrial use. Change every 4,000–8,000 operating hours or annually, whichever comes first. Monitor oil condition regularly with oil analysis for critical applications. Supplied in 200L drums only — for industrial procurement contact your Matrix distributor.
