Olusegun is a graduate of Accounting and holds an MBA (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), with professional experience in Auditing, Banking, Consulting, and Hospitality.
He has over 15 years of cognate experience in the banking industry, specialising in Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Controls. In addition, he has attended a wide range of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management courses.
He is primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within the organisation and establishing the standard procedures to ensure that the compliance programmes throughout the organisation are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
